About Us

A strong passion for sports and an unhealthy obsession with acronyms soon became reality. South East Asian Sports OrganisatioN, Events & Development Professionals morphed into Seasoned Pro Pte Ltd in 2009.

Seasoned Pro is a sports marketing and events company, started with a vision to increase sports participation, interaction and activation in Singapore. As our slogan states, we're all about pioneering and revolutionising the sports scene here.

One of our aims is to develop and promote cricket in Singapore. We have worked closely with the Singapore Cricket Association in this regard and we conceptualised a domestic, fortnightly cricket TV program (the SCA Cricket Show) featuring local league highlights, cricket news, coaching tips and interactive elements. It was unique amongst the National Sports Associations.

Indoor Cricket is another tool for increasing participation in the sport and it provides an opportunity for cricketers who may otherwise not get a chance to play the game they love. Its unique features are well-suited to Singapore. To that end, we started the country's first and only Indoor Cricket League in October 2009. We now have weekday and weekend leagues running year-round in convenient locations. This has culminated in Singapore being admitted into the World Indoor Cricket Federation which means national teams will be sent to the World Cup and Junior/Masters World Series, playing against stalwarts like Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

In February 2013, we initiated the Seasoned Pro30 Cricket League, a new 30-over outdoor competition with the aim of giving teams more cricket to supplement their current fixtures and an organised, efficient structure for social teams.

To complement this, in May 2013, we launched the Seasoned Pro20 Cricket League, a Twenty20 Night cricket tournament played at the Cage Sports Park, Singapore's only cricket ground with fixed floodlights. This venue is also unique as it features an astro wicket surrounded by an artificial grass outfield - the first of its kind in South-East Asia and it means an end to washouts, the bane of cricket in this part of the world.

But cricket is not the only focus of Seasoned Pro. We organise and conceptualise football events such as the Beerfest Football tournament, the Indoor Stadium Futsal Challenge & Football Fans Cup, and the Vincent Kompany Asia Tour. The Manchester City captain is one of many sports stars that we have worked with. These include coaching clinics with international and IPL coaches Tom Moody and Dav Whatmore, charity events with spin superstar Muthiah Muralitharan, bowling sessions with Shane Bond and Shoaib Akhtar to name a few of the events that we have organised and/or conceptualised.

Seasoned Pro is proud to work and be associated with prestigious companies and institutions such as:

Barclays Capital Deutsche Bank ANZ Bank
Standard Chartered Bank HSBC Citibank

Seasoned Pro also manages tours for all sports. We bring teams into Singapore for tournaments, friendlies or just training/coaching. These can range from cricket and football to hockey and rugby.

A Seasoned Pro is someone who can count on their experience, uses all the skills at hand to deliver consistently and above all, is professional. We aim to embody all of these facets. And of course, we'll keep pushing those boundaries!

Shehzad proudly captained his country in 2 matches at the tournament and emerged as top wicket-taker amongst the 3 Singapore teams that participated.

Singapore-born, Shehzad spent his formative years studying in England, gaining a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics (LSE).
